hi good afternoon cute parents for joining us we're going to go ahead and gets is one and we want to keep our timing on oncue here my name is Miss Olivas I'm the assistant one of these is a Rembrandt secondary also the testing coordinator for I'm also joined by mr. Gonzalez what are some of the principal you're welcome and thank you for joining us at our end of the year assessment parent meeting a lot of information regarding this new exam I do have Jenny that I can pull up here that you can see this is an information that we will be going over okay so let's go ahead and and we'll go ahead and pray for our meeting today and then we'll go ahead and get started so find me where you are in prayer Mimosa Avenue in La Quinta Heavenly Father we come before you Lord and we just thank you for this day thank you for your many blessings Lord and your Provisions that you've been giving us during this time we ask for your strength and your wisdom to continue to the end of the school year Lord we just asked for a special blessing for all of our parents and students Lord in our campus and disregard that you continue to keep him safe Lord that you continue to provide for all of their needs during this time we pray for me today God we pray for this agenda Lord that were able to communicate this information effectively and that we can help our parents students that we can have the best results for them for next year in Jesus name we pray amen okay so we're going to go ahead and begin with the instructional packets and assignments this is just a friendly reminder and a big thing you to all of our parents that have been helping us continue in instruction throughout this year thank you for teachers who are provided these instructional plan but just a reminder to keep the Finish strong continue to work on their instructional packets in their online assignments that they have been given by their teachers on their Google classroom number to percent and before we continue to the end of the year assessment I just want to go over some meeting logistics for everybody. this will be recorded and uploaded on our media platforms so if somebody is not able to login or hasn't seen this information we will upload if you can go back and reference this evening at a later time we are according to session and we will upload to our social media sites also any forms the agenda the calendar and the steps to log into the test will all be also shared platform if you have any questions regarding the end of the year assessment we will answer those at this time if any other questions about end-of-the-year procedures activities you are welcome call the front office but you keep the meeting time and the purpose of this meeting we will answer any questions regarding the end of the year assessment but we are here Monday through Friday 8 to 5 to answer any additional questions that you have for the end-of-the-year processes Alyssa Alyssa Casella East Elementary have you ever thank you mr.
